Feature and Community Stories. We want to write community features. Outside government stories, if we write a feature story about you, your business or your project, we will give you the chance to review this before we publish if you like.
We also agree to only post feature stories for a limited time, if that’s your preference. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
Search. We have included a search tool on the bottom of our website page. With this, you can search content posted on our website. But please note: we have set this website up with a directive discouraging indexing by outside search engines. We need flexibility as we get started as a community news project, as do those who may allow us to write about them.
Story removal. We wish we had a password-protected website. But we don’t and along those lines, we may remove stories after a period of time if we feel doing so is appropriate. We are still coming up with our approach, the one we feel best supports residents.
